Attorney Rothschild is a graduate of Tufts University in Medford, MA (B.A., 2010) and Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, MA (J.D., 2013). An attorney since 2013, his practice focuses on SIU and subrogation cases involving issues of auto, products liability, PIP/MEDPAY, uninsured/underinsured, breach of contract, and cases involving municipal, state, and federal entities.
Prior to joining Parenteau & O’Hara, P.C. in July 2017, Attorney Rothschild was an associate at a law firm in Massachusetts and New York, where he focused on litigation for public utility companies.
Attorney Rothschild has experience in civil litigation matters from initial review of a case, drafting complaints, all types of discovery including, interrogatories, requests for production of documents, requests for admissions and depositions, both defending and conducting them, trial preparation, and trials.
