Summary: Â Every personal injury claimant submits medical records and bills to support their claim. Â Those records and bills hold a wealth of information. Â From unusual ICD-10 codes, health insurance information, Â and pre-existing prescriptions, all of this information is hiding in plain sight if you know where to look. Â In this presentation, we will look at several claims and identify clues found in the medical records and bills.

Also for NEIASIU members only, it is that time of the year again that we are conducting our elections for the 2020-21 NEIASIU year. Therefore, if you are interested in running for a position on the board or if you know of anyone else that would be interested that you would like to nominate, please provide their name, company he/she works for and their position at that company. Also include a brief bio as well. Â Please make sure if you are running for a position you check with your manager to ensure that you would be allowed to serve on the board. On that same note, if you are nominating someone, please make sure he/she knows of the nomination and again have them check with management to see if they would be allowed to serve on the Board. Â Please note that only current Directors can move into Officers positions but anyone else is welcome to nominate themselves or someone else for a Director's position.
Also, please keep in mind that in accordance with NEIASIU bylaws, there is only one (1) vote per company so please discuss this with your colleagues from your individual company when voting.
